From time to time, we may also be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to the appropriate governmental authorities. However, when the services of a third-party credit card processing servicer are used, we will have first entered into a written agreement with that third-party to ensure security and confidentiality procedures are in place to protect this information. However, beyond that agreement, we cannot guarantee the actions by or the use of information by this third-party credit card processing servicer.

This Site contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or operated by us, including, but not limited to, MoonClerk, WaiverSign, Google, Facebook, Instagram, SquareSpace, and VizPin, as mentioned above.
